Refund & Cancellations
At ASCAR Rentals, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable and transparent services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is successfully received and acknowledged by ASCAR Rentals via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation

| More than 24 hours before pickup | 90% refund |
| 12 – 24 hours before pickup | 50% refund |
| Less than 12 hours before pickup | No refund |
| After pickup time / No-show | No refund |
Note: 10% or applicable amount may be deducted as administrative/payment gateway charges.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made via email or phone with booking details.
4. Modification / Rescheduling
Booking modifications are allowed up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is free once. Additional changes may incur charges.
Fare difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.
5. Cancellation by ASCAR Rentals
ASCAR Rentals reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:
Vehicle breakdown or technical issues
Natural disasters or emergencies
Unavoidable operational reasons
Incorrect customer information
In such cases:
100% refund will be provided or
An alternative vehicle/service will be offered
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued for:
Early trip termination by customer
No-show cases
Incorrect details provided by customer
Delays caused due to customer
Violation of terms and conditions
Unsatisfactory experience due to traffic, weather, or third-party factors beyond our control
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
Vehicle is significantly delayed (over 2 hours)
Vehicle category not provided as promised
Service cancellation from our side after pickup
Decision will be at ASCAR Rentals’ discretion.
